RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

1.    Returns / Cancellations

Outback Address does not offer returns, cancellations or exchanges. However, the management may use its discretion to offer refunds, coupons, credit notes, discounts, cancellations in certain cases, which discretion shall be exercised on case-to-case basis, and the customer is not bestowed with any inherent right for return or exchange, in pursuance to this policy.

2.    Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Outback Address will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount (minus the administrative fees, as explained in Terms of Use) will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 14 working days. However, the period prescribed above is variable and Outback Address is not bound by the same.

3.    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Subsequent to approval of your return and the receipt of the returned good by Outback Address, if you haven’t received refund within the prescribed period, you’re requested to check the same with your Bank/Card Company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at believe@outbackaddress.com.

4.    Shipping (if applicable)

Upon approval of your return by Outback Address, you are required to ship your product, at: Plusgrow Merchantry Pvt Ltd, Bharti House, 43 Kachipura, New Ramdaspeth, 440010 Nagpur MH, India (Returns Division)

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5.    Restocking Fee (if applicable)

Restocking fee would a minimum of 20% of the order amount for all orders.

6.    Shipping, Return and Delivery

If the ordered product is in stock (available) and you placed an order before 3 PM, then we shall attempt to ship the product the same business day. If the order is placed after 3 PM, the same shall be processed and shipped the next business day.

If the ordered product isn’t in stock, then it is shipped the next business day after the ordered product arrives.

Outback Address clarifies that timelines prescribed for processing and shipping of orders are exclusive of holidays. Any reference to “days” on the Website or communication is to be deemed as “business days”.

Outback Address ships within India only.

If the shipping carrier that you choose does not ship to your pin code we will choose an agency that does.

You can choose the shipping method and the timelines thereof at the time of checkout. The tentative timeline, depending on shipping method, is described below:

·       Air:- Usually four – seven working days to most urban city codes

·       Surface:- Usually four to ten working days to urban city most codes

All products are shipped from Nagpur, Maharastra

Outback Address also gives a facility of giving shipping instructions for the order which can be provided at checkout before you pay for the order!

7.    Shipping  INCO Terms:- Cost + Freight / CF / CFR

8.    Shipping & Courier companies  :- Outback Address engages the services of Fedex Express , DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier, Delhivery, Ecomexpress, Shiprocket (Agregator), Shiplyte (Agregator) and Speed post for the purposes of shipping your products.
